Swimming is easy with steps that lead right into the water or swim off the dock! Paddle board, kayak or canoe your way around the lake and finish the day with perfect sunset views around the fire pit. We provide a propane grill for cooking out and an outdoor dining set. The cabin has 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 total guests. Two queen size beds and one twin with a pull out bed. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and dressers. The living room has 2 comfortable couches and a television and the newly renovated bathroom is spacious with a large hallway closet for extra storage. The galley kitchen is stocked with everything you need! The enclosed, large porch overlooking the lake is the highlight of the cabin! There is a large dining room table, a second living room overlooking the lake and a puzzle table. It's the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast or sip an evening cocktail while enjoying the blissful views and sunsets. -Guests are not allowed to bring motor boats or jet skis. -This house is SMOKE FREE! -Guests are asked to provide their own linens and towels as there are none available on the premises. We have a two bedroom, full bath camp for rent that comfortably sleeps 4. One bedroom with a queen bed, second has bunkbeds (twin on top, double on bottom) and the living room has a couch that folds out into double and a love seat that folds out into another twin. Each bedroom has a TV as well as a 55” flat screen in the open concept living/ dining room area. There is no cable tv but you will have WIFI, therefore all TV’s will have the ability to stream from your netflix, Hulu, etc. accounts. The bathroom has a stand up shower and washer/dryer. Directly outside you have an open area to grill and a stone fire pit. There is additional seating in front of the camp that over looks the large private beach area on the edge of the lake. You’ll need to take the stairs down to the water. But once you reach the bottom, you have your own 115’ of sandy water front. Located in the first basin which is a no wake zone- so it’s always calm! The beach area is perfect for your children to play and there is also a dock to keep your boat. ***** Due to the pandemic, we are asking that you bring your own linens. Including, dish towels, bath towels, blankets, pillows and sheets. We will also be taking additional precautions with our cleaning methods. We will be cleaning and spraying everything down with bleach to help sanitize any and all surface areas. While there is not a launch on our property, there is a public boat launch about a 5-10 minute drive from our home, and then it’s a 5 minute easy boat ride to our dock. If you wish to dock your boat, please inform owner at the time of your request so that they can notify you in advance whether personal docking is possible during your stay. Get away from the hustle and bustle at our little cabin in the woods! Our home is cozy but not claustrophobic with a cathedral ceiling in the main living space and a catwalk between the two upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom (double bed) is on the first floor directly across from the main bathroom which offers support rails by the toilet and in the shower (no tub, though.) Linens and towels are provided. One upstairs bedroom has a half bath adjoining it and a twin size bed with pull-out trundle to sleep two and a bookshelf full of children's books. The other bedroom has two twin beds, swinging saloon style doors, and a 3/4 wall separating it from the hubbub below. The basement is painted and stocked with toys and games as well as a washer and dryer. The cabin has wi-fi, but why not unplug and enjoy some of the many books from our collection found on bookshelves throughout the house? We do not have a TV, but shows can be streamed through your device or you may use our portable DVD player and DVD collection. The three season porch is all windows, surrounded by green with a glimpse of water at the bottom of the hill. Although our cabin is not on the water, the condo association has a dock a short walk from the cabin which you are free to use for swimming, fishing, or from launching our canoe from. Nearly all of the rooms have ceiling fans, so throw open the windows and let the breeze flow through! We have a small air conditioner unit in the living room, but the cabin temp is usually comfortable with the fans. Parking available for two cars at the cabin (three if small); additional parking is a short walk away at the entrance to the condo property. The cabin is about two hours from Boston, slightly over an hour from the White Mountains (North Conway), and 45 minutes from the beach in Wells--you can enjoy everything from here! Weekly rentals are available for Saturday check in during July and August. There is more flexibility during the rest of the year for short getaways. Our 3 bedroom knotty pine lakefront cottage is available for weekly rentals. It is located on lower Mousam Lake on 7th street in a no wake zone. This property is great for relaxing, people watching, and for making memories. Feel free to bring your own motorboat, which you would be able to park on our dock during your stay. Rental includes use of 2 kayaks, peddle boat, fire-pit, and grill. We are located on lower Mousam lake and you will need to go under the bridge to gain access to upper Mousam lake, which has about 6 feet of clearance. During most of the summer this is not a problem, but when the water gets especially high (heavy rain periods) it can be tricky to get larger pontoon style boats through the tunnel. There is one queen bedroom on the main floor, which also houses a stackable washer and dryer in this room. The main floor also has a full kitchen, living room, and 3/4 bath (no tub). Upstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other has a queen and a twin bed. We will provide sheets for all the bedding and if you prefer to bring your own, please let us know and we will deduct the $25 fee during your stay. Cable and WiFi are included. Pets are not allowed. This is a non smoking property and smoking is only allowed outside. Please remove all cigarette butts from the property as well.

Pine Springs is a neighborhood of vacation and full time homes built around a spring fed pond of approximately 80 acres. It provides a quiet getaway in a rural Maine setting to enjoy fishing, boating (limited to less than 7hp), hiking, antiquing and other activities available in Maine. Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days. This wood cabin is located down a remote dirt road (approximately 1 mile from the main road) and is the only rental unit on the entire property, so you can be rest assured of a safe and quiet one-of-a-kind experience. The main building boasts an open kitchen and living area with commercial gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware, utensils, full bath, heat and electricity. There is also a utility room that is equipped with a washer and dryer. A recreation building is available equipped with ping pong, professional pool table, air hockey, foosball table and darts in case of a rainy day or slow evening. There is also a fire pit set up adjacent to the picnic area. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, a full-sized bed in the second room and 2 sets of bunks in the room off the kitchen. For parties of 10 or more (or those just seeking additional space), there is an adjacent bunkhouse house that can sleep eight (4-bunks) and is complete with its own fully functional bath (additional fees apply). Come enjoy your vacation in our home on Sokokis Lake. Dog friendly and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. This is the perfect places for a family getaway. There are three bedrooms- the main floor bedroom has a queen bed, and each of the two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds (one of the upstairs bedrooms also has a twin bed). In between the two upstairs bedrooms, there is a common area that has an additional twin bed, futon, and chair/end table. The bathroom on the main floor has a washer/dryer and shower. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower. Sheets and towels are provided. Additional amenities include: a large deck with gas grill, beautiful full kitchen (with a gorgeous view of the lake), and an open concept dining room/living room with large TV. Air conditioning, internet and cable are all included. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans and basic food items. Paper towels and toilet paper will be stocked for your convenience. Outside, enjoy the large deck with grill and deck furniture. There is a gently sloping grassy yard (with firepit) that leads to the lake, where you will find a dock and steps leading into the water. (See included pictures). A rowboat is available for use (and life jackets). You can also bring your own boat, jet ski, kayaks, canoes, etc. There is a public boat launch just across the way. Bass fishing is also a big draw to Sokokis Lake- bring your rods! Our location in Limerick is just 45 minutes from outlet shopping in North Conway, NH and 45 from Portland, ME. Ocean beaches are between 45-55 minutes away. Limerick offers the small town feel with a few restaurants, a small grocery store, ice cream/donut shop, and pizza all within just a couple of miles. Meet "Camp George 2", the sister camp of "Camp George" located 4-1/2 miles away on the same beautiful Lake Arrowhead (visit VRBO.com/587592). When this property came on the market we immediately knew we had to own it. It is very private - you can't see any neighboring houses. Three private bedrooms and a large open concept living area with 1-1/2 baths all on one level opening to a huge (400 square foot) rear deck overlooking the private wooded back yard, more than 100' of shoreline and a private dock. Best of all, the adjoining lot is "Beach #1", owned and maintained by Lake Arrowhead Community Association. This beach is more than 100' wide with a cordoned off area providing safe swimming for children, picnic tables and toilet facilities. It is not open to the general public, just homeowners within the Lake Arrowhead community and their guests.
